RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
We don't Except Return on any of Custom order Mats and Frames Unless is Damaged in Shipping Process.(color of mat and frame may be different on each monitor)
Unauthorized return are not accepted. Authorization for credit or the return of defective,or incorrectly shipped merchandise must be phoned, faxed or written in to CARINA PICTURE FRAME INC. Service/sales dept . Within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Please specify your invoice on all correspondence. All items returned must be in the item's original box or return not excepted. Any damage on return of item buy customer is customer responsibility.
Damage:
Report a Damaged Package
If your package was damaged in transit, report the damage. If the damage is confirmed by UPS, the shipper can file a claim for the repair or replacement value of the package contents up to the declared value.UPS PHONE NUMBER 1-800-742-5877
We guarantee against manufacturers' defects for 15 days from the date of delivery.
You must email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA)
Once you receive the RMA#, you may send the product back to us at your expense (You are Not Authorized to use our shipping #)
We will send you a replacement at our expense
Products With Manufacturer Warranties which exceed 15 days, may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.

Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.

Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned

All returns/exchanges must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be in original factory condition, and must include all original packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Notice: Shipping is not calculated from the date ordered, it is calculated from the date it leaves our warehouse.
Very Important: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#).
UNWANTED PRODUCTS
Unwanted products may be returned with prior authorization only!
All returned merchandise is reimbursed for the original purchase price less shipping & handling and must have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Customers will be responsible for all charges associated with shipping and handling. Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, credit will be issued for the original purchase price minus shipping and handling.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING FEES POLICY : Due to heavy weight
of products, we ship by UPS,DHL,and USPS. All products are 100% insured by UPS,DHL
and therefore customers do not have to pay any fee to guarantee their
products. Base Shipping and processing cost is calculated at $7.99 for ca and $8.99 all other state ,processing fee is already included of shipping price on invoice.
Customer pay for reshipping on return order because of error on shipping address and phone number.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We welcome International orders, but cannot guarantee how long it will take to
get to you. Sometimes customs can hold an order up, depending on what country
you live in. Normally we will charge $20.00 plus the 10% of total items.
